All machines that SmokinPocketbikes sells are for Off Road/Competition/and or Race purposes only. SmokinPocketbikes is not a manufacturer and deals strictly as a reseller. We are not responsible for personal injury that you may cause to yourself, others, or other peoples' property. We also are not responsible for any of the above that may occur as a result of the machine.
SmokinPocketbikes will insure that you get a high quality running product, free of any defects, unless otherwise noted, when you receive it, and warranty issues will be taken up to the manufacturer through us. There is a certain risk at anything that you may do. Please ride responsibly. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult and protective gear must be worn (Helmet, boots, long protective clothing and leather gloves...at a minimum) for all ages.
Pocketbikes were designed for racing. They are not toys. We sell these with the recommendation that an able bodied child or adult take part in safe, organized race events that are protected by insurance and are away from any public traffic or highway areas.
Fueling up our gas powered products indicates that you accept full responsibility for your actions and for proper use and maintenance of the product and do not hold SmokinPocketbikes accountable for any disasters in any way.
